What is never part of the price
- Your LLM usage — bring your own key or ChatGPT subscription; you pay your provider directly.
- Your market data — your own data and broker keys, called read-only from your machine.
- Your research — generated on your Mac, stored on your Mac. We never see a dossier.
The fine print, in plain words
How does the 7-day trial work?
Enter a card at checkout (it's how renewals work later). For seven days the app is fully unlocked and nothing is charged. Cancel inside the trial and the card is never billed. The trial is once per customer.
How do I cancel?
From the app — Manage subscription — or the Stripe billing portal, any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for; we don't cut you off the day you cancel, and there are no further charges.
What happens if my payment fails?
Usually it's an expired card. Stripe retries for several days and emails you; the app keeps working meanwhile. Only if the payment never resolves does the subscription end — at the end of the paid period.
What if I'm offline, or your server is down?
You keep working. The app re-verifies roughly every 24 hours and tolerates 14 days offline. Our outage never locks out a paying customer.
What do you know about me?
An email address and a subscription status. Your keys, holdings, research, and prompts never leave your Mac — see the Privacy Policy.
Refunds?
Cancel in the trial and you're never charged. After a successful charge, fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise — the trial exists so you never have to ask.
